added text to death screen when getting a new best on a level

added text to death screen showing current best when not getting new best

added text to level complete screen showing previous best

fixed max page count in saved levels saying 0 when there's no levels

removed the data i accidentally left in the game in the last update

changed a text line in song options menu

fixed trail colour not being loaded if the second page of the icon selector is never loaded
