medium sized update (v1.21)

if it wasn't obvious enough, that last update was for april fools, i would have replaced it with 1.2_01 sooner but i didn't have a backup somehow

fixed some objects not correctly having tile effects disabled

practice mode now mostly works as intended

when in practice mode, restart button now restarts from last checkpoint, and the practice button sends to the level start (with confirmation)

added button in editor that shows how far into the level / song an x position is (this could be done with the end trigger but was annoying)

fixed icon selector being broken on controller

disabled controller tooltips as they were broken in 17 billion different places

help menu page buttons now function

fixed level "Stay Inside Me" not having any info/help menu

slightly lowered size of spike hitbox to fix practice bugs

added setting to change title music to any file from jukehost (you can upload any mp3 there, it's faster than doing it on gd for sure)

fixed bug that caused issues when clicking download button on custom levels using main level songs
