medium bugfix (b0.8_03)

i have no more ideas for things to avoid making b0.9 past this, strap in for the long haul with an update released on a perfectly normal day

moved edit menu buttons to center them

shrunk bottom buttons in saved menu to fit new style

percentages are now based on level length directly

decreased quality of the level complete text since it was somehow 240kb

thanks to the last thing, percentages now work on custom levels (they are disabled if you have no end trigger)

fixed text on level complete screen not appearing thanks to the stupid old “percentage system” that i had just now been able to fix

fixed being able to place multiple end triggers in a level

added snoop dogg to the credits
