minor bugfix (b0.5_03)

couple things i missed, sorry about that.

fixed restarting custom levels to duplicate text (leading to a crash after a few tries)

fixed ram level containing something a little sussy gussy ("it was while i was testing, i swear i just forgot to reset it" - me in court)

made ram level reset upon account clear command (for no specific reason)
